Ailalá Treixadura 2024 captivates with its pale yellow brilliance and golden reflections. Bringing the glass to the nose reveals crisp, enveloping aromas of sweet lemon and yoghurt, followed by a floral hint of apricot and white flowers. In the background, subtle notes of ripe melon and the freshness of fennel emerge, adding complexity. Upon tasting, it surprises with juicy flavours of apricot and white peach, accompanied by a citrus hint of tangerine and orange. The freshness of lemon and a slight bitterness of grapefruit complete a flavour that lingers on the palate. This wine stands out for its balance between freshness and depth of flavour, a superb choice for those seeking something vibrant and memorable.

About Ailalelo Ailalá Treixadura

"Olé" is a universal symbol of emotion and passion, deeply rooted in Spanish culture. Similarly, in the traditional folklore of Galicia, the expression ¡Ailalá! ¡Ailalelo! —of Celtic origin— invites revelry and celebration. A term steeped in history and joy that encourages sharing good times among friends. Likewise, wine also becomes a vehicle for celebration. It is with this purpose that the winery established under the name Ailalá - Ailalelo, presents us with a youthful, fresh, and passionate winemaking project to showcase the wonders hidden in the prestigious Avia Valley, in the D.O. Ribeiro, in Galicia.

One of their wines, Ailalá - Ailalelo Ailalá Treixadura, originates from vineyards located on terraces and gentle slopes in the Avia Valley. Treixadura vines are planted on granitic sand and clay soils and cultivated with respect and biodynamic treatments. The harvest is done manually in 18 kg boxes and immediately transferred to the sorting table. Subsequently, the grapes are destemmed and pressed, and the resulting must ferments with indigenous yeasts at a low temperature. Finally, the wine ages on its lees before being bottled on a flower day.

Fresh, complex, and persistent, Ailalá - Ailalelo Ailalá Treixadura is a tribute to the Galician legacy that invites sharing moments of joy, laughter, and toasts among friends. A true "olé" in Celtic version.

Ailalá - Ailalelo Ailalá Treixadura 2023 exhibits a pale golden yellow hue with bright highlights. On the nose, it is distinguished by its clean and fresh aromas, where notes of lemon yogurt, apricot blossoms, and white flowers intermingle, accompanied by a saline touch of seashells. On the palate, it reveals a good structure, offering flavours of apricot, white peach, and a subtle hint of mandarin, complemented by notes of lemon and grapefruit. Its persistence and complexity make it truly captivating.
