About Añares Reserva

Añares Reserva is a D.O. Rioja red wine by Bodegas Olarra.
A coupage of Tempranillo (90 percent), Garnacha (5 percent), Mazuelo and Graciano (5 percent) varieties. An extended maceration is carried out in order to ensure that the adequate tannins, aromas and other elements are extracted.
Following fermentation, various rackings are carried out in American oak before the wine rests for 18 months in American oak.
2008 Long and well-structured on the palate with a re-emerging fruity finish.

Intense cherry with a ruby shimmer.

Highly complex aromas including red fruit, liquorice and smoked notes that tend towards spiced notes after opening the bottle.
