In the DO. Campo de Borja, it's not all about Garnachas and reds. There is also room for intriguing whites like Borsao Suia, a single-varietal Viognier, unprecedented in this denomination.
 
The terraces of the Huecha River, which traverse the entire region, are where the vines of this white wine originate. It ferments and rests for several months in barrels after fermentation. Ultimately, the gravelly and clay-iron soils impart the essence of this premium wine. Borsao Suia is crafted from Viognier, a variety seldom seen in this part of northern Spain.
