About Cacique 500 Rum

Distillation process in copper stills. Maturation for 2-8 years in oak barrels. The Venezuelan-style rums tend to be heavier and show an amber colour and clear notes of oak and vanilla.
Onctuous, velvety, with a subtle bitterness and sweet notes of vanilla and cocoa butter.
