Legend has it that everything began with an apple. Red, fragrant, and forbidden. The one that stirred the curiosity of Adam and Eve and forever altered the course of humanity. Centuries later, in a verdant and misty corner of Normandy, that very apple once again becomes a temptation... this time bottled.

In the heart of the Pays d’Auge, a legendary land known for its endless orchards and distilling expertise, Père Magloire was born, one of the oldest and most iconic houses in the production of calvados. Founded in 1821 by a charismatic Norman innkeeper, this maison understood from the outset that the key to pleasure lies in patience, respect for tradition, and excellence of origin. Eight generations later, that spirit remains unaltered, projecting the soul of French calvados to the world.

Calvados Père Magloire V.S.O.P is a clear testament to this. Made exclusively with high-quality apples from the Pays d’Auge, this calvados undergoes a double distillation that refines its character and enhances its aromatic expression. Added to this is a prolonged aging in oak barrels, where time performs its work with the same patience as nature.
