About Croft Twist

Croft Twist is a low-alcohol sparkling wine made by González Byass with Fino Croft plus water, elderflower, lemon and mint.

The González Byass winery began life in 1835 with the famous Tío Pepe (José Ángel de la Peña) as its advisor, and within a short time came to be considered the leading exporter of Sherry wines. Today Manuel María González Ángel, the fifth generation of direct descendants of its founder, is still holding the fort and developing wines in the most prestigious areas of Spain.

Croft Twist is an aperitif wine that has been made with Fino Croft, a fine original fruit of the native varieties Pedro Ximénez and Palomino. If natural ingredients such as elderflower, mint, lemon and water are added to this, the result is a wine that is drink is ideal for enjoying in summer. In short, the new adaptation of the Andalusian "Rebujito".
