Domaine Valette Vieilles Vignes Mâcon-Chaintré is crafted from grapes of varying vintages sourced from vines over 65 years old. Specifically, it is a blend of three years: 2018, 2020, and 2021. It ferments with its indigenous yeasts. 80% of the resulting wine ages in oak barrels, while the remaining 20% matures in stainless steel tanks. The wine is vinified and bottled without the addition of sulphur.
