Fabien Jouves Les Pièces Longues is a natural monovarietal Chenin white wine. It is classified as a Vin de France and is produced by Mas del Périé - Fabien Jouves.

Mas del Périé - Fabien Jouves is a Cahors winery that cultivates its plots biodynamically in order to fully respect nature, the vine and its surroundings. It is run by Fabien Jouves, a winemaker who created the domaine in 2006 and vinifies naturally, without oenological additives and accompanying the wine until maturity, fermenting it and ageing it in concrete tanks, foudres and barrels.

The vineyards for Fabien Jouves Les Pièces Longues have an average age of 10 years and are cultivated biodynamically. The soil for the plot is mainly clay-limestone and is located on a hill about 350 metres above sea level.

Fabien Jouves Les Pièces Longues is harvested manually to ensure the grapes remain intact until they arrive in the cellar. Once received, it is pressed and the must is fermented in barrels. When the wine has been fermented, it undergoes ageing in barrels and foudres for 12 months.
