More often than not, the best ideas are born from a genuine need. This is how French Bloom came to be, the beverage that is transforming alcohol-free toasts. Constance and Maggie, lifelong friends, reunited in Paris in 2019. Maggie, director of the Michelin Guide, was expecting twins; Constance was excelling as a top model. They both realised something crucial: there wasn't a festive, sophisticated, and healthy alcohol-free drink available. From this necessity, French Bloom was born.

Their French Bloom Extra Brut 0% is a 100% chardonnay that contains no alcohol, sulphites, gluten, preservatives, carbohydrates, or sugar. It provides only 1 calorie per 100 ml, making it the ideal choice for pregnant women, athletes, vegans... or anyone who wishes to toast with style and care.

The magic begins in Limoux, in the Languedoc region, where the "oceanic terroir" and its Atlantic climate preserve the grapes' acidity and create a perfect balance. After years of de-alcoholisation trials and extensive research, this region became the natural choice for crafting an alcohol-free blanc de blancs with all the richness and complexity of an exceptional sparkling wine. The limestone and clay soils contribute freshness and vibrant minerality, ensuring that each glass of French Bloom Extra Brut 0% is a unique experience.
