Hacienda López de Haro Reserva 2019 exhibits a ruby hue with a brick-red rim, indicative of its extended ageing. On the nose, it is distinguished by aromas of ripe fruit, such as cherries and plums, complemented by spicy and balsamic notes, alongside a subtle hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is a well-balanced and rounded wine, with sweet, mature tannins that impart smoothness. About Hacienda Lopez de Haro Reserva

Graciano and tempranillo are the two varieties that imbue Hacienda López de Haro Reserva with its essence and spirit, a Rioja that is delectable, sophisticated, and alluring. 
 
Nestled in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, within the Rioja Alta, lie the vineyards where this red is born. Here, on the impoverished soils of the Ebro river terraces, lies a rich winemaking tradition where everything is done manually, with meticulous care and affection, always striving for the utmost sustainability. This approach means the harvest is carried out by hand, typically in October, when the clusters have reached their optimal level of ripeness. 
 
Hacienda López de Haro Reserva is taken to the winery, processed, and placed in 30,000 kg vats, where it ferments and macerates for approximately two weeks. Following this process, Hacienda López de Haro Reserva is transferred to French and American oak barrels, where it undergoes ageing for around 20 months, with quarterly rackings. Finally, Hacienda López de Haro Reserva is bottled unfiltered and allowed to rest for a minimum of two years in the bottle before being released to the market. 
 
The result is Hacienda López de Haro Reserva, a wine with character and elegance that showcases the perfect balance between tradition and modernity. Patience, passion, and respect for the land.

Subtly interwoven, one can detect nuances of tobacco and cocoa, a legacy of its slumber in the barrel. On the palate, this wine dazzles with its finesse and elegance, offering a sensation that is both light and enveloping. 2017 Hacienda López de Haro Reserva 2017 is a red wine with aromas reminiscent of ripe black fruits on the nose, accompanied by spicy and balsamic notes and a hint of vanilla. The palate is silky and balanced. A round red wine, with ripe, sweet tannins and an elegant finish.
2016 Hacienda López de Haro Reserva 2016 is a red wine that, on the nose, exudes robust scents of ripe fruits complemented by spicy and balsamic notes, with a delightful hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is harmoniously balanced and velvety. This red wine boasts sweet, mature tannins, with an aftertaste of refinement bestowed by its extensive aging.
2013 Hacienda Lopez de Haro Reserva 2013 is a complex red wine, with structure and elegance. A good vintage that displays intensity on the nose, blending the toasted notes of aging with the aromas of ripe red fruit. On the palate it is refined, with a certain fullness and a lingering finish.
2011 Velvety and eloquent. This wine exudes sheer elegance, striking an impeccable balance between fruity nuances and the subtle hints derived from barrel aging.

Deep and enticing picota cherry garnet.

Highly aromatic, it is dominated by the scents of ripe fruit.
2009 On the palate it is balanced, elegant and unctuous. Sweet and ripe tannins. A long finish.

2006 The palate is dominated by the fruity sensations and the complexity provided during its good ageing. It has a warm mid palate, with an excellent acidity and ripe and integrated tannins. Long and persistent finish. A red wine with an excellent value for money.
