About Suntory Hakushu 18 Años 100 Anniversary

Shinjiro Torii, the founder of the esteemed beverage group Suntory, harboured a dream; to establish the first malt whisky distillery in Japan. Now, a century later, his two brands, Hakushu and Yamazaki, have become some of the most prominent names in whisky. Throughout this period, Suntory has built a robust reputation for its quality and dedication to excellence in crafting alcoholic beverages, and its 100-year anniversary marks a significant milestone in its legacy.

In celebration of this centenary, Suntory Hakushu 18 Years 100th Anniversary is launched, a spirit crafted from a meticulous selection of malt whiskies that have been peated in traditional copper stills and aged in various oak casks for a minimum of 18 years. With an opulent design where gold and green blend seamlessly, Suntory Hakushu 18 Years 100th Anniversary is presented as a Japanese whisky showcasing prominent herbaceous and smoky aromas and flavours. A new outlook on whisky from the Land of the Rising Sun.
