La Biancara Taibane Veneto 2018 is a highly aromatic white wine, exuding a delightful freshness. About La Biancara Taibane Veneto

Veneto possesses all the elements necessary to be an exceptional wine region: majestic mountains, rolling hills, and fertile plains. It's no surprise that its love affair with wine began as early as 6000 BC. Although this region has experienced fluctuations in its wine production over the centuries, one thing is certain: today, Venetian wine has not only increased in quantity but, more importantly, in quality.

When we speak of minimal intervention wines in this region, one name stands out as a pioneer: Angiolino Maule. In 1988, he left behind his life as a pizza maker to devote himself to his true passion: creating wines that are a pure reflection of his land. Today, alongside his children, he continues to produce wines that deeply respect nature and the territory, such as the iconic La Biancara Taibane Veneto. This wine is crafted entirely from the indigenous garganega variety, cultivated in limestone and clay soils using farming techniques. The fermentation occurs spontaneously, accompanied by its own skins, and the aging process takes place over three months in large old oak barrels, remaining on its lees to enhance its unique character. Its bottling is as pure as the process that precedes it: unfiltered, unstabilized, and without any artifices.

By respecting nature to the fullest and allowing the grape to speak for itself, La Biancara Taibane Veneto is a journey to the heart of Veneto, where each sip demonstrates that we are in one of the most extraordinary wine regions on the planet.
