Pacharán Las Endrinas is a liquid gem, meticulously crafted by the distillery San Fermín Dos (Spain). With a history dating back to the Middle Ages, when patxaran (from the Basque patxaran, from paitar or pattar 'brandy' and aran, 'sloe') was already known and cherished, this beverage pays homage to the rich cultural heritage of the northern Iberian Peninsula.
 
The distillery employs a centuries-old recipe to create its Pacharán Las Endrinas, blending two essential ingredients: wild sloes (a type of bluish berry, fruit of the sloe bush) and aniseed. The maceration in aniseed brandy results in a liqueur with a smooth and fruity flavour, exhibiting a deep, bright red hue that reflects its quality and authenticity.
