There was a time when coffee liqueur was almost clandestine. Galicia was its domain, with artisanal recipes handed down through generations. Now, as the rest of the world has discovered the allure of blending coffee and spirits, licor de café Porta do Miño emerges. 
 
Behind licor de café Porta do Miño is Terras Gauda, one of the most iconic wineries in the Rías Baixas, where they excel in crafting albariño like no other. From their vineyards located in O Rosal, very close to the mouth of the Miño, the winery operates with a philosophy grounded in respect and the comprehensive utilisation of the grape. This is how this liqueur is born, crafted through the slow maceration of high-quality coffee in orujo brandy. The alcoholic base comes from the fermentation and subsequent distillation of albariño grape skins.
