There is something about limoncello that isn't learned; it's inherited. Riflessi emerges from the familial world of Polini Group Italia, a company established in 1967 between Bergamo and Brescia, where tradition isn't displayed; it's practised. Over time, what began as a local endeavour has naturally transcended borders, carrying with it that Italian way of understanding pleasure—without pretence, yet with purpose.
 
Riflessi Limoncello adheres to this philosophy with serene precision. It is crafted from lemon peels with Protected Geographical Indication—many of which hail from the south, between Calabria and the Amalfi Coast—where the sun and sea breeze refine their character. The result is a bright yellow liqueur reminiscent of freshly cut lemon skin. On the palate, it enters fresh, with a well-balanced interplay between sweetness and acidity: less cloying than usual, more sincere in its citrus expression, and with a slight final bitterness that prolongs the sensation and makes it particularly addictive.
