About Navazos-Niepoort

Navazos-Niepoort is a very special white wine.This is a white wine produced by Team Navazos, famous for their recovery projects, which have marketed and sold very old Jerez wines, along with Dirk Niepoort, the known Portuguese winemaker. Navazos-Niepoort is a white wine made from Palomino Fino variety, it is fermented in the barrel and aged in its own cask for 4-5 months under a veil of flowers. This method of historical development has been used since the eighteenth century in Sanlucar de Barrameda. A white wine unfortified, without adding alcohol, as is usual for finos or manzanillas in the area.

2016 Navazos-Niepoort 2016 is a deep, crisp and dry white wine. As with every vintage, it is a very special wine that we like a lot. It is intense in the nose, with notes of dry grass, fresh yeast and nuts. On the palate it is direct, lively and with a very dry and lingering finish.
