Born from a wine distillate made with Albariño grapes and enriched with 11 natural botanicals—six of which are native, including sage, lemon verbena, bay leaf, peppermint, eucalyptus, and the remarkable salicornia—it offers a fresh, smooth, and characterful flavour, with an aromatic balance that captivates from the very first sip.
 
Its origin is as unique as its character: conceived over a plate of octopus by a sommelier, a wine entrepreneur, and a master distiller, Nordés was created to pay tribute to the Galician Atlantic land and to offer a distinctive, elegant gin that is easily recognisable in the market.
