The Xarel Macabeo and it comes from the Finca Cal Miret at 315-325 m. and Parellada of Finca El Subal at 616 m.
Fermentation at 16 ° C in stainless steel tank for 2 weeks. Second fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method.
Flavor is smooth and balanced. Long, complex aftertaste.
