About Albet i Noya Icones Negre

young wine produced by the pioneers of agriculture in the region of Penedès. It is made of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Garnacha from vines aged of 20-35 years. It is slightly clarified and cold stabilized. Before being bottled, it is slightly filtered. Even if now is a good time to enjoy this wine, it can be stored for 2-3 years.
A very nice, fruity and easy drinking wine.

2021

Petit Albet Negre 2021 is a youthful red, effortlessly quaffable and flavorsome. The tasting journey commences visually, with a deep cherry red hue adorned with violet tints. The bouquet is redolent of red berries and this theme persists on the palate, accompanied by exceptionally smooth and delicate tannins. The flavor profile is sweet and immensely pleasing.
2010 Good and strong attack with a light but very tasty, almost sweet, mid palate. Its silky palate is dominated by the notes of fruit. It has a good acidity and round tannins. Good finish.

Intense, bright cherry colour with violet reflections.

Its intense notes of red and black fruits are released along with light balsamic aromas.

A powerful young wine, very tasty and meaty in the palate, full-bodied, with hints of fruit and toast. Ripe tannins. Persistent finish that invites to drink some more.
