This is no ordinary bird: it embodies a dream turned into tequila, Arturo Fuentes Cortes's vision of encapsulating the essence of Mexico in every sip. Rooster Rojo Blanco emerges from this quest, carrying within its soul the tradition, precision, and spirit of the country where it was born.
 
The "Fábrica de Tequilas Finos" distillery, housed in a colonial building dating back to 1923, marries heritage with modernity. There, each piña of Blue Weber agave is meticulously cut, steamed for hours, and fermented with a secret yeast preserved by the master distiller. From filtering water through Mexican silver to distilling in stainless steel stills, each step reflects reverence for the agave and an obsession with quality, ensuring a tequila that is 100% authentic and brimming with character.
 
Rooster Rojo Blanco is crafted in a distinctive manner: after distillation, it rests for at least 10 hours in steel tanks to settle its flavours before bottling. A tequila with a spiced and citrus aroma and a rich, long, and velvety finish that blends initial sweetness with a hint of pepper, leaving a lasting impression on the palate.
