After 140 years of experience, Roger Goulart is aware of the importance of producing sparkling wines with the best raw materials and of the benefits of a long rest. To this end, they have 1,000 metres of underground cellars in their impressive modernist-style winery, where they house their reserves and grand reserves until they reach the perfect point of maturity and are released for sale with at least 36 months of aging.
