About Vermut Blanco Nordés

The story of Vermut Blanco Nordés begins with a gin that was born from the collaboration of three friends: a sommelier, a Galician wine entrepreneur, and a distiller, gathered around a plate of octopus, whose dream of creating a gin that captured the essence of Galicia became a resounding success.
 
Not content with bottling the Atlantic freshness of the Galician character through a gin, they now venture into vermouth by creating Vermut Blanco Nordés, a drink designed to challenge conventions. This vermouth, with its fresh and smooth aroma, stands out for its unique combination of selected grapes and botanical aromas that are part of Nordés Gin, many of which have a rich Galician tradition and identity, with the intention of evoking the iconic wind that heralds good weather in Galicia. 
 
Vermut Blanco Nordés is crafted with the utmost care under the philosophy of "Amodiño," which in Galicia means "made with love and care." This vermouth, whose pale yellow color with greenish reflections is reminiscent of traditional Galician wines, is the result of the expertise of master blender Marcos Alguacil, awarded Best Spanish Winemaker at the International Wine Challenge 2023. 
 
Vermut Blanco Nordés is presented in a white bottle that enhances its uniqueness, with a design inspired by the traditional ceramics of Sargadelos (Galicia), reflecting the sophistication and Atlantic character of Nordés, where every detail is meticulously attended to.
 
To enjoy Vermut Blanco Nordés at its best, serve it in a wide glass, add 2 or 3 large ice cubes, and stir gently to cool the glass thoroughly. Finish with a skewer of white grapes, which adds a subtle touch and enhances the vinous flavor of the vermouth.
