Can Ràfols dels Caus, a pioneering winery that bestowed a new dimension upon the wine of Penedès. Carlos Esteva not only crafted wine, he forged a legacy. In 1979, he transformed the family estate of Can Ràfols dels Caus into the epicentre of a vinicultural revolution, endowing Penedès (Catalonia, Spain) with a new dimension.

His visionary approach established him as a benchmark, elevating each wine to a pure expression of the landscape and elegance. Here, the wines are not merely a beverage; they are an authentic expression of the terroir, where the xarel·lo, the local gem, particularly stands out and the expression of international varieties is enhanced, adapted to the unique soils of the Massís del Garraf.
