Clos Lentiscus Perill Blanc Àmfora is a white wine produced by the winery Clos Lentiscus, in Sant Pere de Ribes, Barcelona.

Clos Lentiscus is a project aimed at producing wines like those that were made in the past. Wines that are respectful with the land, using classic cultivation methods without pesticides or herbicides. Using the moon as a guidance to plant, prune and harvest, and respecting the wine in the bottling process.

It is a family-run winery located in the heart of the natural park of Garraf. Its vines are mainly planted on sandy-calcareous soils, facing south. Around 20 hectares mostly planted with local varieties and following the biodynamic method.

Clos Lentiscus Perill Blanc Àmfora is a natural wine made from Xarello grapes from vines planted on sandy-calcareous soils. They are manually harvested, fermented with local yeasts in amphorae and aged on its lees in 300-litre amphorae for 6 months.

Clos Lentiscus Perill Blanc Àmfora is a structured, unctuous wine, with a lot of freshness. A good example of balance between volume and finesse.
