Vermouth Yzaguirre Rojo is possibly one of the best known Spanish vermouths, with an unmistakable flavor and smell of cinnamon. Since 1884, this winery located in Morell (in the north of Spain, in Tarragona) has been making this vermouth from the best wine macerated with herbs and spices, where cinnamon stands out. Finally, its dark tone will be the result of the added caramel, giving it that characteristic reddish color.

The result of this blend is Vermouth Yzaguirre Rojo, a drink less bitter and dry than the rest. Perhaps the perfect option for those who are just starting out in this fantastic world of aperitifs.
